Job Description

The Project Manager will lead the Mobility HW team, preferably with SAFe training and financial acumen. They will execute projects involving multiple vendors and HW delivery, monitor project financials against budget, and run Scrum events. The role involves facilitating PI Planning, resolving conflicts, coaching teams in agile practices, identifying and removing impediments, promoting self-organization, and ensuring a safe environment for team collaboration. The Project Manager will also coordinate cross-team efforts within the ART, work with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers, and guide teams in Agile maturity.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of experience in project management.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Experience managing vendor partners.
  • Experience managing project financials.
  • Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles.
  • Understanding of SAFe roles, events, and artifacts.
  • Familiarity with PI Planning, ART, and Program Increments.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum.
  • Agile Manifesto and principles.
  • Ability to apply Scrum within SAFe.
  • Agile Tools Proficiency JIRA, Rally, or similar tools.
  • Agile metrics and reporting (burn-down charts, velocity).
Good to have:
  • Understanding of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic project management knowledge.
  • Risk management and dependency tracking.
  • Change management and organizational agility.

Requirements and responsibilities

Seasoned offshore Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead the Mobility HW team. Preferably someone with SAFe training, financial acumen, experience dealing with vendors and holding them to their deliverables and someone that's familiar with delivery when it comes to HW.

What you'll do

  • Execute Projects involving multiple vendor and H/W delivery
  • Monitor and control project financial against budget
  • Running Scrum events (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
  • Facilitating PI Planning and team breakout sessions.
  • Conflict resolution and guiding teams to consensus.
  • Coaching the team to adopt agile practices.
  • Identifying and removing impediments.
  • Encouraging retrospectives and implementing feedback.
  • Supporting the team and removing roadblocks.
  • Promoting self-organization and accountability.
  • Creating a safe environment for team collaboration.
  • Cross-team coordination within the ART.
  • Working with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers.
  • Guiding teams and individuals in Agile maturity.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of experience;
  • Confident leader who takes initiative
    •    Good command of the English language
    •    Experience managing vendor partners, or leveraging third-party solutions would be beneficial
    •    Experience managing project financials
    •    Experience with non-dev project work would be beneficial
    •    Experience with IT Hardware upgrades or rollouts would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles;
  • Understanding of SAFe roles, events, and artifacts;
  • Familiarity with PI Planning, ART (Agile Release Train), and Program Increments;
  • Deep understanding of Scrum (events, roles, artifacts);
  • Agile Manifesto and principles;
  • Ability to apply Scrum within SAFe at the team level;
  • Agile Tools Proficiency JIRA, Rally, or similar tools;
  • Agile metrics and reporting (burn-down charts, velocity, cumulative flow diagrams).

Good to Have 

  • Understanding of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines;
  • Basic project management knowledge;
  • Risk management and dependency tracking;
  • Change management and organizational agility.
