Job Description

The Project Manager will play a vital role in running projects alongside clients and internal teams, utilizing Agile Methodologies to ensure expectations are managed and goals are met. Key responsibilities include leading projects from requirements definition to deployment, defining scope and deliverables, creating schedules and timelines, tracking deliverables and alerting on potential impacts, leading quality assurance, monitoring project progress and adapting as needed, establishing stakeholder relationships, reporting project outcomes, creating and implementing communication plans, proposing and following KPIs, maintaining JIRA, and adhering to project management best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and a proactive approach to achieving project goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
Good to have:
  • Data, analytics, BI/SEO knowledge

What does a Project Manager do at Hogarth?


The Project Manager will play a vital role in the successful running of the project, alongside our client and internal team. The PM will be a fan of Agile Methodologies and will bring its experience in previous similar roles. The Project Manager will ensure that expectations are managed, and goals always met.


Key Areas of Responsibility


•Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementationplans, including risk mitigation.
•Help customers define scope, goals and deliverables.
•Define tasks and required resources.
•Create schedule and project timeline.
•Track deliverables and alarm when timeline, quality or budget of the tasks is likely to be impacted, presenting mitigation plan if needed.
•Lead quality assurance.
•Monitor and report project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to projectrequirements along with Production Lead approval.
•Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status andchanges.
•Report project outcomes and/or risks to Production Lead.
•Create and implement communication plan.
•Propose KPIs of the project to Production Lead and follow the plan to accordingly measure it.
•Maintain JIRA up to date including tasks that need to be fulfil by other members of the team.
•Be the guardian of the best practices of project management determined by Hogarth Project Management Direction.
•Be the guardian of all documentation including reports and definitions.

Requirements


Technical Skills


•Fluent English Level.
•Experience managing projects.
•Experience with Agile Methodologies, Project Scheduling, Budgeting.
•Experience working in fast-paced environments.
•Excellent verbal and written communication in both PORT and ENG.
•Differential: data, analytics, BI/SEO knowledge.
•Heavy user of JIRA.
•Experience working with KPIs.
•Bachelor’s degree in course or completed.

•Ability to communicate clearly with internal team, partners and client facing.
•Collaborate with partners to present alternatives to risk assessments.
•Time management of its own deliverables as well as project assets.
