The QA Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of software deliverables across multiple projects. This involves designing, implementing, and overseeing testing strategies and quality standards for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects. Responsibilities include executing manual test cases for web, mWeb, Android, and iOS apps; testing promotions, coupons, and campaigns via SFCC Business Manager; identifying and logging defects; preparing and maintaining test cases and results; and identifying process improvements. The role requires strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, hands-on experience with SFCC, expertise in testing web and mobile applications, familiarity with eCommerce cart/checkout flows and SFCC promotions/campaigns, and knowledge of OMS. Proficiency in QA tools like JIRA and Postman is essential, as is experience in manual, API, UI, and functional testing. Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders and customers.
