Job Description

This full-time Receiver position at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort involves managing inventory, performing monthly stock counts, ensuring proper checkout procedures, maintaining a clean and organized storeroom, handling daily receiving tasks, and communicating with vendors. The role requires experience in inventory control and distribution, preferably within the F&B retail or catering sector. Successful candidates will be team players with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The resort offers a HKD$6,000 welcome reward upon successful completion of six months of employment. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required to accommodate the resort's 365-day operation.

Must have:

Manage inventory and warehousing
Perform monthly inventory counts
Ensure proper checkout procedures
Maintain clean storeroom
Handle daily receiving tasks
Communicate with vendors
1+ year F&B experience

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various quick service and outdoor vending locations across property. From serving popcorn on the Main Street, U.S.A.® area to providing a taste of Hollywood at Hollywood and Dine at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, Quick Service Food & Beverage cast members make sure that no guest walks away hungry!

Responsibilities:

Manage and control the overall inventory and warehousing system
Ratify and perform monthly inventory count
Ensure the product check out procedures are followed
Keep the storeroom in orderly and sanitized condition
Perform daily receiving jobSend and confirm purchase order to vendors

Basic Qualifications:

Form 5 standard
At least 1 year of related experience preferably from F&B retail environment/ catering operations with some inventory control and distribution experience
Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
Computer knowledge preferred
Good communication skills.

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
