Job Description

This Revenue Management role at Paytm focuses on optimizing costs and driving revenue growth within the Business Enterprise Mid-Market segment. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), leading initiatives for revenue enhancement and cost optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analysis tools, preparing reports and forecasts, identifying process improvements, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Must have:

MBA in Business/Finance/Economics
2-5 years experience in revenue management/financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Excel & data visualization tools

Good to have:

Experience in revenue management in retail/hospitality/e-commerce

Monitor Business & Financial Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and profitability.

Revenue Enhancement & Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize costs and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with AOP and business goals.

Data Analysis: Leverage analytical tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate reports and forecasts to provide visibility into business performance and trends.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes to optimize revenue management.

Strategic Insights: Provide actionable recommendations to senior management to shape strategies for growth and cost control.

Required Qualifications:

Education: MBA (Mandatory) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or business analytics.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
