岗位职责:
• 设计、开发和运用特定的工具来协助动画师和动作捕捉团队更高效工作
• 致力于优化游戏现有的制作流程,开发新工具来加速动画创建过程
• 使用MEL/Python等脚本工具整合角色动画过程
• 掌握Max, Maya, Motion Builder软件以及C++编程语言
• 为项目创建并实施高效的角色、武器、车辆、道具等
• 设计和改进现有的角色动画系统,包括面部设置和动画传输工具
• 创建和维护工具、技术和工作流程的相关文档
• 在出现问题时,协助动画、角色和编程团队进行故障排除工作
任职要求:
• 计算机编程和脚本编写的相关经验,比如C#,C++, MEL, Python等
• 本科及以上学历或5-8年相关领域的工作和培训经历
• 掌握Max, Maya, Motion Builder等动画制作工具
• 掌握人体皮肤着色和塑形技术
• 能够快速学习和掌握新动画制作的工具、流程等
• 了解游戏引擎的需求和游戏引擎的装备参数
• 有效地与其它游戏开发团队和部门进行沟通和合作
• 积极融入到这个具有高度创造力的团队,乐于给予和接受反馈
• 了解动画的关键帧和动作捕捉制作的线程
• 有绝对的信心和激情共同把公司建设成行业内最好的游戏公司
• 能够激励团队同事紧密合作朝同一目标前进
• 英语能力优秀者优先
