Summary

As a Sales Analyst for Northern Europe at Sinch, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving process improvements to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include acting as a central contact for UK & Ireland sales, resolving issues, analyzing sales processes, driving automation, evaluating business tools, managing system access, and facilitating sales training. This involves reviewing and improving processes, from planning to implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant sales tools. The position reports to the Regional Director in London.
Must have:
  • 2-5 years experience in sales operations, project management, or business analytics
  • Understanding of sales processes and basic sales analytics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Solutions-oriented approach with ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English

Description

As Sales Analyst Northern Europe you will have an important role in enabling Sinch to achieve its sales goals by supporting the team and helping to drive improvements in ways of working. This is a great opportunity to be part of an unprecedented journey.

You will report to the Regional Director Northern Europe, who is based in London, UK.

As Sales Analyst Northern Europe, you will:

  • Be one of the central contacts for UK & Ireland sales, to problem solve, assist and report problems
  • Review, analyse and improve processes related to sales and onboarding, from planning to implementing
  • Help to drive automation together with business automation
  • Be one of the spokespeople of sales internally
  • Evaluate business and analytics tools and feedback to relevant teams
  • Help to manage access control in systems and tools
  • Help facilitate sales’ needs for development of new BSS
  • Participate and in time, lead sales training

 

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' work experience from a similar role such as in sales operations, project management, business analytics or other role with processes-improvement as part of responsibilities
  • An understanding of sales and related processes
  • Familiarity with basic sales analytics
  • You have experience planning a busy workload with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • You have a solutions-oriented approach and you are able to plan your work towards deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • You are analytical and pay attention to details, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau
