Job Description

Flawless is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify potential customers for their DeepEditor and TrueSync products. This role involves managing inbound leads, building relationships, researching accounts, collaborating with teams, and tracking account activity in HubSpot CRM. The representative will also support industry events. This is an opportunity to contribute to a GenAI company in the entertainment and advertising industries, working with renowned studios and filmmakers. They will be responsible for vetting leads, managing inbound leads from marketing campaigns and digital channels, following up with customers to generate interest and qualify potential partnerships. They will also research new accounts and key contacts to identify decision-makers and understand customer needs.
Must have:
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for account management.
  • Ability to analyze data and spot trends in customer engagement.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Good to have:
  • Background in B2B SaaS, media, film, or entertainment industries.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales & marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the BANDT or MEDDIC sales frameworks.

What we are looking for:
Flawless is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing Commercial team. In this position you will play a crucial role in developing  business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our DeepEditor and TrueSync products. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of the most widely respected GenAI companies within the entertainment and advertising industries. Utilizing world renowned science and cutting edge technology, Flawless has built the worlds first GenAI professional tooling to be implemented within existing workflows. Adoption to our tooling is growing rapidly, and in this role, you will work alongside world-renowned studios, streamers, global ad agencies and filmmakers.

Responsibilities:

    • Proactively vet, manage and activate inbound leads from marketing campaigns and digital channels.
    • Ensure timely follow-up with customers to build relationships, generate interest, and properly qualify potential partnerships.
    • Research new accounts and key contacts to efficiently identify decision-makers and understand customer needs. 
    • Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Success teammates to schedule presentations and product demonstrations. 
    • Track and analyze account activity in the HubSpot CRM, monitoring engagement metrics to identify new strategies, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure seamless, data-driven communication between Commercial, Customer Success, and Marketing.
    • Support industry events by assisting with lead capture, networking, and relationship management.

Skills:

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills to track multiple enterprise accounts and inbound leads efficiently.
    • Ability to analyze data and spot trends in customer engagement and account activity.
    • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage customer interactions and track pipeline progress.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building rather than cold prospecting.
    • Comfortable working independently in a cross-functional environment with commercial, marketing, production, and customer success teams powered by a strong results driven work ethic.

Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales coordination, marketing operations, or a related role (not traditional SDR).
    • Background in B2B SaaS, media, film, or entertainment industries is a plus.
    • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales & marketing automation tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts, track engagement, and surface actionable insights.
    • Passion for AI, film technology, and the evolving media landscape.
    • (Nice to have) Knowledge of the BANDT or MEDDIC sales frameworks.
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
Interview Process:
At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We’ll dive into past projects and simulate working together. Our interview process for this role is four rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other: 

- Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your background, interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)
- Hiring Manager/Behavioral: - 60 min onsite. This will be an opportunity to connect with your potential manager. The two of you will see if you're a good fit for the team and if Flawless is a good fit for you. 
- Hubspot Form Evaluation: 60 min onsite - you will meet with two members of our team to breakdown 2 to 3 messages from customers. The goal is to identify and prioritize key elements in the messages and come up with some key questions and a simple action plan.
- Final Cross-Functional Interview: 60 Minute virtual interview - you'll be discussing cross functional partnerships, communication style, and problem solving approach.

Your Recruiter and hiring manager will be your main point of contact and prepare you for interviews. You’ll meet 4 to 6 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions). If we don’t give an offer, we’ll provide feedback!
