Our Workforce Employment Tax Team helps large corporate employers stay ahead of tax and regulatory changes that impact their businesses and their workforces.
We deliver deep technical tax expertise, while our people provide the critical context to employers to help them make informed and compliant decisions.
Our clients range from multinational organisations and public sector bodies to entrepreneurs and family businesses.

What we do:
We provide expert advice and solutions to major organisations in areas including:
Workforce restructuring
Employment tax risk identification, management and compliance
Revenue interventions and audits
Mergers and acquisitions
Share schemes
Payroll consulting and optimisation.
Our work is tremendously varied and involves supporting organisations in dealing with the strategic challenges associated with their people and in aligning their People strategy with business performance and employment tax compliance.
We are a technology enabled team and we are focused on leveraging technology solutions in a number of new and innovative ways to deliver effective and impactful Workforce tax services to our clients.
What does this role offer?
As a Workforce Employment Tax Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients across a range of industries solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
You will work on a varied portfolio of projects, including, for example, supporting our clients on mergers and acquisitions, working with clients’ HR and tax departments to deliver workforce restructuring projects and identifying and managing tax costs and tax risk, including Revenue interactions.
About you – Key Competencies, Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years experience in general tax compliance and/or consulting.
Strong academic record.
AITI/CTA full or part qualified.
Enthusiasm to work with our broad range of clients, to understand their businesses and work with them to address and manage obligations and risk
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Relationship management, demonstrating an ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships.
Creativity, demonstrating an ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
Enthusiastic team player with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.
Ambitious, with a strong commitment to personal learning and development.
