Job Description

Dream Game Studios seeks a Senior Character Animator with 6+ years of experience. You'll create expressive 3D animations, collaborate with riggers, modellers, and technical directors. Strong sense of animation basics, acting, staging, posing, weight, timing, and storytelling is essential. Proficiency in Maya or equivalent 3D software is required. Mentorship of junior animators is a key responsibility.

Role

Character Animation - Create high-quality, expressive 3D animations for characters that align with the game’s artistic style and technical requirements.
Collaboration - Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work with riggers, modellers, and technical directors.
Mentorship - Mentor the junior animators, provide feedback on animations, and ensure the team meets deadlines without compromising on quality.

Must Have

Must have 6+ years of experience as 3D animator
Must have a strong sense of animation basics, acting, staging, posing, weight, timing, and storytelling
Experience and proficiency in Maya or equivalent 3D software required
Deep knowledge of realistic body mechanics
Creative ideas to make animation more appealing.
