The Senior Consultant Performance Marketing will be responsible for strategic and tactical campaign planning and implementation for clients, focusing on achieving performance KPIs (website traffic, leads, sales) across paid channels such as SEA, Programmatic, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, and Email Marketing. They will coordinate performance marketing measures with branding colleagues and optimize campaigns in collaboration with experts from SEA, Programmatic, or Social Media and account managers. They will also coordinate the technically compliant campaign setup for measuring campaign success and the use of audiences with the Ad-Operations & Data Science Team. They will work in a hybrid work environment allowing for work-life balance.
