About The Team:
HoYoCreators is a sub-brand under the HoYoverse umbrella. Our primary mission is to strategically engage with all gaming partners, with a particular focus on content creators to construct a diverse gaming content ecosystem that delivers an immersive and universally appealing experience to our player community. Diversity stands as a cornerstone of our ethos, and we are committed to the meticulous identification and collaboration with creators and partners representing diverse backgrounds across a spectrum of cultures and content platforms.
As a remote team, you will be working with team members located across the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, and Europe.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and expand HoYoverse gaming content creators in North America and LATAM, responsible for enhancing user-generated content quantity, quality, and diversity across HoYoverse games.
- Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for defining, identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-potential creators. Maintain day-to-day relationships through various online and offline channels.
- Drive internal teams to plan and execute localized player-focused content & partner-facing activity initiatives, aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate with XFN teams to optimize creator campaign integration, ensuring alignment of activation plans with overall media and brand strategies.
- Campaign budget planning, ROI analysis. Advising internal stakeholders on creator budgets, and representing the company in negotiations with creators. Oversee the contract process.
- Work with the product team to build and maintain a database of HoYoverse content creators, including project details and historical rates for internal reference.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of creators' content and satisfaction, implementing strategies for success and improvement. Assist in campaign activation, relationship management, and presentation preparation.
- Design and refine creator satisfaction tracking and health metrics.
- Develop and implement community and content guidelines within the creator community to drive brand loyalty and mitigate risk.
- Stay updated on the gaming landscape, support partner management, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure creators' success and diverse local content for the player community.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
- Familiar with HoYoverse's IPs (Adventure Rank of 40 and above in Genshin Impact are strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of the North American gaming content landscape and local content partner network.
- Experience in gaming talent management in North America. Proactive ownership of the entire partner and creator acquisition process: identification, pitching, acquisition, retention, and incentives.
- Strong collaboration skills. Experience with cross-time zone communication and stakeholder management as this role requires close XFN collaboration with various HoYoverse teams globally.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a player-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using both critical thinking and data for content and creator strategies.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with business development and content development

- Strong network in anime and gaming communities
- Proficiency in multiple social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, X, Reddit)
- Business fluency in either Mandarin or Spanish
- Content creation experience
- Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally
Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
