Job Description

The Senior Design Lead will oversee multiple design teams and set organizational design standards. They will drive innovation in the design process, ensuring that design efforts have a significant impact on achieving business objectives. Responsibilities include leading a team of designers, providing guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. The role also involves presenting design concepts, staying abreast of industry trends, and leveraging design expertise to create user-friendly and intuitive software and products that align with user expectations and business goals.
