What You’ll Do

The News Corp Product Design Team is looking for Freelance (contract) visual and brand designers to help maintain and scale a global brand for internal and external communications The work spans globally including the Australia and India teams. Types of jobs include internal marketing campaigns for employees, presentation/pitch decks for stakeholders, logos and marketing design. You will also help with 3rd party web products to brand it properly and make the art. You will help use and maintain and grow our brand design system in Figma. We are looking for a contractor that has a 10 hour a week availability.

Responsibilities

• Brand and corporate design

• Creating key art and concepting

• 360 marketing campaigns including digital and print

• Large format graphics such as event design

• Google slide presentations and pitch decks

• Refine and revise designs based on internal

• Organizing content

• Work with 3rd party apps to integrate the News Corp brand

• Ability to to meet short deadlines. Sometimes daily.

Skills and Qualities

• Must have experience making key art or hero pictures

• Print and web experience

• Logo design and icon creation

• Passionate about creating beautiful graphic designs

• Ability to take feedback and implement it

• Knowing how to implement a concept in all marketing materials

Required Experience & Programs

• 8+ years of experience

• Maintaining a Figma design system

• Brand design

• Web design

• Visual/graphic Design

• Adobe Creative Suite and when to use each application

• Photoshop retouching

• Google Workspace - Specifically Slides

Pay Range: 75-90 Hour
