Our seasoned team is composed of passionate game makers with vast experience in developing, publishing and leading some of the most highly successful game franchises ever released including FIFA, Candy Crush, Need for Speed, Angry Birds, World of Tanks and more. And we are backed by the resources of one of the largest, most successful and prestigious corporations in the Middle East (Ajlan & Bros Holding).
We are looking for talented individuals who share the same drive and vision to help us build and grow our Studio in Riyadh.

What will you do:

• Assist in the development of innovative, new, action-oriented mid-core titles with your team, from vision to launch
• Take ownership of core elements within the game, driving the design and development of deep, robust game systems and mechanics for core gameplay, including combat and 3Cs
  
• Design & prototype end-to-end gameplay & features with satisfying and novel loops to deliver a rich Player experience
  
• Be hands-on with all the aspects of the game creation from a design standpoint; gameplay expectations and testing, design documentation, content design and balancing
  
• Analyze KPIs and Player feedback to propose adjustments to the game's vision and feature-set
  
• Support the team in the definition and development of tooling to assist in the game creation process
  
• Gathering and providing feedback, and working with design & product to filter and prioritize
  
• Contribute to the games direction & design choices, with an eye for building engaging and immersive Player experiences
  
• Work alongside Design and Product to identify exciting market opportunities
  
• Identify the Player’s motivations to define the games vision & core pillars
  
  

What you will bring:

•  +4 years experience in games production as Senior, having worked at least on 2 Free to Play titles
• Strong knowledge of game development and design, through commercial or indie projects (focusing on design decisions & rational)
• Strong skills in core gameplay design for midcore titles - Combat (systems), content (units, weapons, skills), balancing
• Relevant design & technical hard skills (Unity/Unreal, Google Sheets/Excel, Compositional Frameworks, etc.)
• A passion for games and a huge ambition for creating unique, amazing and massively successful mobile games
• A high level of emotional intelligence, interpersonal & teamwork skills
• Autonomy, strong drive to get things done, and self-organization skills
• Ability to adapt your working style depending on the current stage of the production
• A data informed mindset (make decisions based on both qualitative gut feel and quantitative data and reasoning)
• High level of written and oral communication skills in English
• A deep understanding of the mobile games’ ecosystem, competition and player motivations
• Comfortable taking risks, view failure as a learning process
• A strong sense of mobile UX design
  

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of design areas outside of gameplay is a big plus
• Additional game design skills (level & encounter design)
• Coding/scripting skills (Unity)
• Experience and passion for RPGs & Strategy games
• An interest in social & multiplayer games
