Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, the Internal Communications Advisor is responsible for all communication tools intended for employees. They are also responsible for the intranet, managing content production, continuously optimizing its structure, and staying informed of the latest trends to make it an essential resource for our employees. The advisor is responsible for their projects, managing them from start to finish. They ensure good governance of our internal communications and provide exceptional service and support to our colleagues. They act as an expert for our colleagues, addressing their internal communication needs and advising them on projects to be communicated. Additionally, they assist with certain events or ad hoc tasks to support the rest of the team.

In this role, you will:

    • Support the overall internal communication strategy by conveying the right messages in communications and writings, and ensures that projects are aligned;
    • Update the intranet and ensures compliance with procedures related to its use ;
    • Anticipate internal communication needs and produces content accordingly. Excellent writing skills are required in both languages;
    • Produce the editorial calendar for various communication channels in collaboration with the manager;
    • Advise teams (HR, IT, DEI, etc.) on specific projects to be communicated to employees.

What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in communication (or other relevant field);
    • Five to eight years of experience in a similar position;
    • Ease with technology;
    • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written;
    • Ability to interact with numerous internal stakeholders.

De plus, il·elle prête main-forte à certains événements ponctuels pour soutenir le reste de l’équipe.
