岗位职责
1.负责二次元类游戏产品在海外区域市场的用户增长，广告投放及创意内容制作的相关工作；
2.具备相关产品品类的渠道推广经验，作为模块负责进行用户增长策略制定和投放落地，对用户增长目标和推广效率负责；
3.具备素材内容及创意工作经验，通过创意制作和内容营销提升增长效率，拓展增长路径，进行营销资源整合及推广后效果提升；
4.业务数据分析及创新探索，基于数据导向，配合算法及内容优化，结合海外广告渠道特性，推动业务目标突破。
岗位要求
1.三年以上海内外游戏渠道投放及用户增长相关工作经验，具备二次元游戏推广经验更佳；
2.熟悉海外如Google，Facebook等用户增长渠道，具备一手的渠道投放和优化经验；
3.内容创意能力，具有海外应用/游戏创意及落地或者国内游戏创意营销经验；
4.数据思维导向，具有数据数据分析经验和能力，熟悉海外MMP工具和渠道API；
5.英语流利，可以作为工作语言，有其他小语种能力更佳。
