Senior Server Qualification Engineer, Google Cloud

This role involves driving the development and testing of new and derivative server/storage products for Google’s Data Centers. Responsibilities include creating test plans, coordinating resources across test environments, performing electrical, functional, reliability, and performance tests, reporting bugs and driving corrective action with suppliers/internal teams, maintaining and improving the qualification process, working with ODMs/JDMs to ensure testing meets Google standards, and focusing on Gen-to-Gen Optimization and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware testing and qualification, excellent communication skills, and experience with statistical analysis for failure analysis. This position contributes to the innovation behind Google's direct-to-consumer products, shaping the next generation of hardware experiences.
