Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Hardware Architecture, Benchmarking, System On a Chip, Open Source Technologies, Technical Documentation, and presenting to Executive audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $237,000-$337,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the CPU software architecture, design, development and testing of Arm-based server platforms.
  • Drive innovation in Arm server architecture and contribute to the development of industry standards.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimization, while engaging with cross organizational leads to co-develop roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Arm server technologies.
