Senior Windows Systems Engineer needed to build, operate, and improve the Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure for PlayStation's global workforce. Must have experience in Active Directory infrastructure, general infrastructure engineering, and collaborating with global teams.

■職務内容

PlayStation（SIE)社内において、全世界の全社員・業務委託者がつかうID管理・認証システム基盤の構築・保守運用業務。
具体的にはActive Directoryのインフラストラクチャー基盤の構築・運営・改善を他国のSIEグローバルチームと協力して行います。
なお、維持運営にあたっては、安定した維持運営を円滑に行うためにオートメーション化の推進などにも取り組んで頂きます。

SIE のアイデンティティサービスを構築保守運用するグローバルチームの一員となり、本サービスが最新のベストプラクティス、セキュリティ標準に準拠し、構成管理、問題管理などを通じ、将来に渡りサービスの安定性、堅牢性を維持、向上させる責務を担います。

今後数年かけて実行していく、グローバル全体での当社独自ドメインへの切り替えプロジェクトの一部となります。

当社規模のグローバルな移行プロジェクトに関わる機会は珍しいものであり、

インフラストラクチャーチームは、テクノロジーに特化した専門性が高いチームで、SIEの他の海外チームとも協力し、ネットワーク基盤の構築、維持、システム基盤の構築と維持管理、新たな社内要望への対処、また、SIEは開発部門が多いという特性上、一般的な企業インフラストラクチャー部署とは異なったテーラーメードなインフラ基盤の提供など多くの技術的、経験的チャレンジを行えるチームです。

業務は、テレワーク・出社のハイブリッドとなります。

■求められるスキル・技術領域
【必須（MUST）】
・Microsoft Active Directory基盤構築・システム運用・管理経験
・一般的なインフラ基盤のエンジニアリング知識（設計・開発・保守）の経験

・実務レベルで要件定義等の上流経験
・ソフトウェア開発経験（開発言語問わず）
