Job Description

The Sourcing Manager leads Procurement teams and oversees strategic sourcing and procurement processes. They direct and supervise Procurement Professionals, develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement operations to ensure cost, cash, quality, and service optimization. They drive added value through strategic sourcing, engineering value, innovation delivery, and risk management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. They also build, reinforce, and distribute sourcing strategies, lead contract negotiations, drive savings initiatives, proactively manage supplier relationships, act as a strategic Business Partner, monitor KPIs, and stay informed about industry best practices. They are responsible for developing and maintaining category plans, cost savings initiatives, supplier relationships, and strong stakeholder relationships, while also ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Required to direct and supervise Procurement Professionals, develop the procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and optimize procurement operations, ensuring optimization of the cost, cash, quality and service. Drives added value through strategic sourcing, engineering value, delivery of innovation and risk management. Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring compliance with regulations and driving cost savings.
