Deep Security is Trend Micro’s multi-tenant security product that provides physical server, virtualization environment and cloud platform protection. It contains most complete security features such as anti-malware, firewall, intrusion prevention, log inspection, system integrity monitoring and web reputation that provides best security protection for Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX, HP-UX, physical or virtual Windows, and Linux machines. Other than the basic security features above mentioned, we are also researching and integrating new threat defense technology to tackle fast changing threat landscape.

Job description

1. Develop all dimension security software for cloud environment and comprehensive server platforms.

2. Resolve customer problems in a timely manner to support critical business successfully.

3. Collaborate with global product development team and support teams among multiple countries.

4. Engage in long term software quality enhancement to ensure product viability.

Qualification/Requirement

1. Familiar with C, C++

2. Strong software problem troubleshooting (Windows & Linux) skill and customer-oriented solution approach

3. Has good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

4. Good English communication skills and a proactive mindset for effective global team collaboration

5. Embraces DevOps culture includes design, coding, test, CI/CD and support

Nice to have skills

1. Knowledgeable on Enterprise network environment, virtualization and Cloud technology is a plus.

2. Familiar with scripts (Lua, bash) is a plus.

3. Familiar with agile development and iterative delivery process and approach

4. Familiar with Container, Kubernetes technique is a plus.
