Responsible:
•To achieve the annual targets rooted in objectives balancing supplier service quality, cost and consistency.
•Monitor service quality of vendors across customers and modes (e.g. Truck, Rail, Barge) and act on non-compliance to defined product or customer standards.
•Ensure vendor management provides speedy issue resolution with CX & Delivery teams.
•Work with internal stakeholders to fine-tune all facets of running Area TbM vendor management: Safety & Resilience (HSSE), Control (Finance), Cost (Procurement), Product Standardization (Product / Sales), and Process Efficiency (CI)
•Responsible for vendor capability and support L&S product growth with technical as well as joint sales call.
•Assure the accomplishment of vendor onboarding
•Responsible for vendor sanity check and assist HSSE to conduct annual audit and customers' security assessment
•Build strong and collaborative relationships with suppliers.
•Procure ad-hoc services and secure capacities to fulfil service requirements.
•To reduce service cost to remain competitive on both quality and cost in changing market conditions
•Implement business continuity plans for processes deemed critical to customer delivery
•Constantly feed timely market and customer information back to organization
