Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff/ Sr Staff individual with experience to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Applications landscape, with a central focus on SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Engineering PLM processes, Supply chain dynamics, SAP modules pertinent to manufacturing and automotive industries, and a thorough grasp of business processes and workflows. Proficiency in CRM systems and payments will be a notable advantage.

In this role, you will:

Spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions to bolster manufacturing operations, optimize supply chain management, and fortify other critical business functions
A good grasp of Engineering PLM processes and how various PLM processes integrate with ERP and manufacturing
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications for SAP enhancements and customizations
Employ a data-centric approach, leveraging enterprise data governance and data-driven insights to drive business optimization strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for issues and inquiries, delivering prompt troubleshooting and resolutions to mitigate disruptions effectively
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants engaged in SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
Extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a specialization in manufacturing and automotive modules (e.g. PLM, SAP PP, SAP MM, FICO, EAM)
Profound understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry-specific requirements within the automotive sector
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and payment processing solutions are highly desirable

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $207,000 to $276,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
