We operate two factories in India, located in Gujarat and Maharashtra, that deal with leading brands such as Hamleys, Landmark group, Reliance Entertainment, Amazon, FirstCry, and Flipkart. Our focus is on promoting the Make-In-India initiative through unparalleled research and development, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling illustrations that convey storytelling elements, including characters, settings, and narrative sequences.
• Conceptualise and create premium sophisticated packaging designs that complement the product and storytelling, incorporating illustrations, typography, and branding elements to maximise shelf impact and convey the product's narrative.
• Utilise typography effectively to complement illustrations and enhance storytelling.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, producing high-quality illustrations with intricate and vibrant elements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in a range of illustration styles, adapting as necessary to suit different projects and target audiences.
• Infuse illustrations with emotion and depth to resonate with viewers and create memorable experiences.
• Design graphics that contribute to an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that products stand out on retail shelves and attract attention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and marketers, to bring cohesive storytelling and design concepts to life.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget and time restrictions
• QA designs for errors

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

-Must be pursuing bachelors in creative field i(s must).

-Proficiency in programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects

-Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
