Job Profile Summary

Performs, as a specialized Demand Planner, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and that require analysis of the available planning data to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment. Identifies key issues and patterns from partially conflicting planning data. Finds solutions based on theoretical insights in planning methods and experience for deviating planning situations. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. Drafts & leads limited improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting planning process activities.

You are responsible for
 

  • Driving and leading the Implementation of S&OP excellence program- Demand Sign off (DSO), Business/Market/function (BMF) meetings, and actively participating in other planning-related meetings.
  • Forecast submission on behalf of the market: Lead effort for on-time submission of the forecast & coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to fine-tune and arrive at a consensus forecast.
  • Driving Inventory Control measures across sub-product & inventory categories (commercial, free, and Demo).
  • Alignment with the central planning team & factory order management for delivery allocations and prioritization. Analyzing the impact of  critical supply updates and aligning with market stakeholders
  • Leading S&OE discussions on behalf of the market
  • Validating and approving customer purchase orders concerning delivery lead times. Validating /approving EMD requests.
  • Driving critical KPIs- Otif, Inventory as % of MAT sales, forecast accuracy.
  • Driving improvement projects and introducing new supporting planning process activities.


 

You are a part of

Philips Health Systems' supply chain management team reports to the S&OP manager-HS-India Market.
 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following.
 

· MBA from a Tier I/II institute
· at least 4+ years of demand planning-related experience
· excellent analytical skills
· Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
· proficiency in English
