Job Description

As a senior support analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to clients using the Tasy healthcare information system. You will manage complex issues and ensure service excellence, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. Key responsibilities include providing advanced assistance for Tasy system incidents and ensuring timely resolution, investigating and resolving technical and functional issues reported by users, coordinating with development, services, and product teams to resolve reported cases, documenting solutions and contributing to the knowledge base for continuous improvement, and mentoring junior support analysts when necessary. The role requires experience in Tasy system support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in Spanish.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Portuguese and/or English

Tu papel:

como analista de soporte sénior, serás responsable de proporcionar asistencia técnica de alto nivel a los clientes que utilicen el sistema de información sanitaria Tasy. Gestionarás problemas complejos y garantizarás la excelencia del servicio, para lo que colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos internos y los clientes.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Proporcionar asistencia avanzada para las incidencias del sistema Tasy y garantizar una resolución oportuna.

- Investigar y resolver los problemas técnicos y funcionales comunicados por los usuarios.

- Coordinarse con los equipos de desarrollo, servicios y productos para resolver los casos planteados.

- Documentar soluciones y contribuir a la base de conocimientos para mejorar continuamente.

- Tutelar a los analistas de soporte júnior cuando sea necesario.

Si cumples con el siguiente perfil, eres la persona adecuada para el puesto:

1. Tiene experiencia en asistencia de sistemas Tasy, preferiblemente en un puesto senior o especializado.

2. Tiene una gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas con un enfoque orientado al cliente.

3. Tiene una licenciatura en Tecnología de la Información, Sistemas o un campo relacionado.

4. Habla español con fluidez (se valorará conocimiento de portugués y/o inglés).
