Job Description

This is an internship opportunity at Aspire, a FinTech company. The role involves supporting the Talent Acquisition team in various tasks such as sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates. Responsibilities include writing job descriptions, managing the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The intern will also support other recruiting operations, reporting, projects, and administrative matters. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment, working with a diverse and international team. The intern will gain experience in a growing company and be involved with the whole hiring process.
Must have:
  • Graduate or Undergraduate in Indonesia.
  • Commitment to full-time for 3 to 6 months.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented.
Good to have:
  • Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working with people and getting to know them.

About the role:

If you are curious about hiring top talents in a fast-paced and growing fintech and gain experience in this field, this is a great opportunity! You will be supporting our Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing and closing candidates for all job openings in the region and beyond. You will also get hands-on experience with candidate and stakeholder management (e.g. hiring managers) during the process. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening resumes, attracting and coordinating interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), keeping the candidate database clean and updated.
  • Deliver great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Work on employer branding initiatives and to attract applicants such as posting on social media about people and culture in Aspire.
  • Support the team with other ad-hoc recruiting operations, reporting, projects, and administrative matters. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Graduate or Undergraduate in Indonesia that can ideally commit full-time for 3 to 6 months 
  • Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working with people and getting to know them.
