About the Team Our team is dedicated to elevating the level of cybersecurity to fully support Bytedance as well as our clients' digital journey. We aim high at building the next-generation cybersecurity. Rooted from years of practical experience in the enterprise security domain within ByteDance, the team now runs as a business. We provide a comprehensive set of security capabilities to help our clients develop a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture with simplicity and convenience. Job Responsibility - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide security capabilities. - Lead engineers at various levels, fostering a strong and cohesive engineering team. - Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems, define and clarify the vision for the enterprise security team, and balance product objectives with security goals. - Play a key role in implementing innovative enterprise security solutions aligned with company-wide security practices. Lead the development of Proof-of-Concepts and provide technical expertise in building software and platform features, ensuring security and risk factors are properly addressed. - Monitor the quality and outcomes of various software solutions and projects implemented across the organization. - Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teams, including engineering, product, and solution teams.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering/science discipline. - At least 5 years of experience in software engineering. - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing engineers/PMs with a strong performance record. - Strong understanding of technical principles in areas such as endpoint security, remote work, zero trust, data leakage prevention, and Intranet access. - Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Passionate about self-studying cutting edge technologies and staying relevant. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and willing to take ownership. - Proven track record in leading a global team in a fast-paced working environment is a plus.
