Technical Architect (Full Stack)

The essence of the role

As our new ROLE you will:

• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and evaluate product specifications to decide on architecture, design and software technology stack for the given project
• Be responsible for code review of all programs before approving them for checking into master branch
• Follow a proactive approach to resolve common challenges and continually research best practices in coding to make live easier for developers.
• Work on refactoring and aggressive optimizations of existing application code, wherever need arises
• Be a coach and mentor in the team on Implementation / Design Patterns, Refactoring and Unit Testing to ensure that developers are able to quickly catch up
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly, without shying from contributing individually and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
• Ensure developed software follows company’s defined Information security practices

Who are you?

In order to contribute in this role you have:

• Educational Qualification : B.Tech/B.E./MCA
• 10-14 years of experience designing and implementing software applications using JavaScript (Nodejs)  and react
• Knowledge of React, Nodejs,J2EE, Rest APIs and Microservices Architecture
• Solid understanding of overall system performance and efficiencies of a java enterprise application deployed in Tomcat including interactions between database and application servers
• Ability to fine tune different layers of the system for scalability
• Experience with Databases such as Cassandra, MySQL MongoDB and message brokers such as Redis and Rabbit MQ

• Experience overseeing development of multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated knowledge of web applications, cybersecurity and open source technologies
• Have worked as an individual contributor role without any team management

Have excellent working knowledge of Web Servers such as express Tomcat or software load balancers such as Nginx or tools such as Grafana /Prometheus Kubernetes.
