In Summary:
The technical writer will support our Head of Documentation in producing and maintaining high-quality documentation for various audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout.

Our aim is to have a single source of truth for all our product features and tools, enabling teams, users and clients to have complete confidence in the material that we deliver.

Your day to day:

• Technical documentation for clients e.g. API documentation, back end and front end, process flows
• Feature guides for implementation of new tools and functions
• How-to articles
• Release Notes for internal use and for clients
• Update and maintain existing documentation in line with all the releases
  

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years technical writing experience
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Background in software development or IT
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proactive and inquisitive nature
  

Nice to Have:

• iGaming, Payments or CMS experience
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with Jira
• Desire to understand how things work
• Experience of using a technical authoring tool
