Overview
This is a temporary position expecting to last 6 months with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent employment. We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and qualified Digital Workplace Information System Engineer with working knowledge within Microsoft technologies, Azure, and O365. The role will require experience in (Model Development) Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve complex problems in business or processes. You will have a strong background in building bots, Microsoft Power Platform, O365, automation and can work in various platforms while troubleshooting and resolving software, and network issues, as well as providing high-quality customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp on developing and administering Power Platform solutions, Chatbot use cases (such as Copilot), Data Analytics and have an ability to customize them to meet our business intelligence and reporting needs. You will also work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, develop reports and dashboards, and manage the Power BI environment.
Core Skill and Duty Requirements
- Development in using AI Bots available in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, code/build, debug, deploy, and maintain GPTs and Copilots that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
- Sharepoint Development is needed with exp or strong understanding of it
- Experience in .Net and PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS services for hosting, scaling, and securing applications.
- Experience working in Azure and with Azure OpenAI
- Experience in planning, development, installation, integration, testing, deployment and troubleshooting major software systems
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web development and software development.
- Excellent communication skills

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI from ideation to realization, and industry knowledge.
- Hands on experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise document storage systems.
- Expertise in developing applications using Power Automate, Power Flow and Power Apps (Power Platform) and build integrations for accessing business data.
- Design and develop custom SharePoint (SPFX) solutions based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a hybrid Agile work structure.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
