About the job

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to gather requirements and deliver designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance the user experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines to developers for seamless implementation.

Participate in design reviews, critiques, and workshops to share ideas, gain feedback, and improve design processes.

Preferred Skills

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Solid understanding of UX principles and methodologies.

Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities.

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
