The Workplace Coordinator for the West Los Angeles office is under the direct supervision of the Workplace Manager. This position’s primary responsibility is to ensure MOCEAN phones are being answered and calls are effectively routed. All guests are greeted and announced. Must have working knowledge of: Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Answer calls and ensure they are effectively routed
- Maintain conference room schedule
- Ensure front office security protocols are followed; sign visitors in and out; assign badges; have NDA’s signed
- Validate parking and maintain parking log
- Receive/deliver mail & packages
- Ensure prompt notification on receipt of assets such as hard drives and videotapes to Operations aka MR = Machine Room
- Send out notifications regarding clients in house
- Update phone lists
- Maintain emergency preparedness list
- Assist staff when needed
- Previous experience answering high volume of calls and greeting guests almost simultaneously is highly preferable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced, community environment
- Demonstrates the ability to multitask
- Must have your own reliable transportation and must have your own personal car insurance (on occasion you might be asked to make a run in your personal car, milage is reimbursed)
- Experience with Photoshop is desired
Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr
Please note: Our Workplace Coordinator is on-site five (5) days per week and must be available for occasional OT after hours and/or on weekends.
