Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a Technical Project Manager to plan and execute project development, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include understanding platform products and services, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and optimizing development processes. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of game-related experience, strong project management skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a data-driven approach. They should be proactive, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic and teamwork spirit. The role involves managing projects for titles like PUBG MOBILE, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and Honor of Kings among others.

Must have:

3+ years game support experience
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication & coordination
Data-driven decision making
Risk management & mitigation

岗位职责
1. 规划与执行：根据部门专项项目规划，制定特性开发计划，定期盘点内外部人力资源，合理调配人力，确保特性按计划交付和落地执行；管理干系人预期并保持一致；
2. 产品理解：深入理解平台类产品和服务，组织需求评审和变更评估，准确评估业务合理性和工作量；
3. 交付管理：基于里程碑计划，协调相关干系人进行需求沟通、工作量和风险评估，定期对齐，确保项目上下游紧密衔接和完整交付；
4. 数据驱动：关注数据度量，设计前瞻性数据点，透明化项目进展，识别和管理风险，指导团队改进方向；推动人工事务标准化、流程化和工具化；
5. 流程优化：灵敏察觉研发过程中的卡点和痛点，通过记录和访谈复盘，主动规划并推进流程的渐进式优化。

Requirements:

岗位要求
1. 经验背景：3年以上游戏相关综合支持经验，对游戏业务有一定了解；
2. 项目推动能力：具备较强的项目推动能力，能够协调各方资源，控制项目风险和变化，确保项目及时高质量交付，并具有良好的风险管理和识别能力；
3. 沟通与协调：具备优秀的沟通能力、组织能力和管理能力，能高效协调跨团队沟通和协作，执行力强；
4. 执行力与适应性：主动积极思考，有进取心和团队合作意识；能够快速适应不同模块的工作内容，具备强执行力和抗压能力。
