As a Strategy Manager, User Operation at OKX, you'll play a key role in driving user growth and conversion rates. You'll be responsible for formulating and executing optimization strategies, conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve user experience and drive conversions across various touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, data analysis, and industry trends. You'll work closely with marketing and product teams to implement innovative growth initiatives and enhance the user journey.
Must have:
3+ years of experience in user conversion, product operation, and user growth
Strong analytical skills, data sensitivity, and judgment
Independent project management capabilities
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Good to have:
Experience in internet finance, e-commerce, LIVE, and food delivery

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for the conversion rate of new customers in each process, extract effective ways to improve conversion rate through A/B testing and multivariate testing, and scale up
Responsible for formulating and executing optimization strategies for user conversion, proposing reasonable operational plans based on user behavior and data analysis, and following up on implementation results.
Continuously researching innovative ways to grow in the industry with a deep understanding of existing product capabilities and mainstream competing product acquisition models, acquisition channels and conversion logic
By optimizing the funnel data conversion of key user actions, further enhancing user experience of each conversion node
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to promote project implementation
What We Look For In You
3+ years of experience in user conversion, product operation, and user growth in industries such as internet finance, e-commerce, LIVE, and food delivery is preferred.
Possess independent planning and operation capabilities, with strong sensitivity and judgment towards data, able to capture changes in a timely manner and make action adjustments.
Strong project management skills, independent project management experience, clear logic, clear methods and ideas for user growth and user segmentation.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Fluent in both English and Chinese
