About the job

Job Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and driven Performance Marketing Manager with over 3 years of hands-on experience in running successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and optimize ad spend across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad content.

Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending to achieve KPIs and business goals.

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.


Qualifications:


Proven experience of 3+ years in running Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.

Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive results.

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with other digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.

Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
