Exabeam is seeking an Account Development Representative with a minimum of 2+ Years experience with Business to Business sales. Responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective enterprise customers regarding Exabeam’s Security Operations Platform. Successful Account Development Representatives at Exabeam have a passion for helping others overcome obstacles while relentlessly pursuing their quest to grow and succeed. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the world of customer obsession in the cybersecurity industry. Responsibilities include researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, generating interest, and developing relationships. The candidate will also collaborate with sales teams, learn and improve sales methodologies, meet quotas, and participate in industry events.
Must have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and remotely.
Good to have:
  • Experience with cybersecurity preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • An appetite to sell to technology decision makers.

Responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective enterprise customers regarding Exabeam’s Security Operations Platform.  Successful Account Development Representatives at Exabeam have a passion for helping others overcome obstacles while relentlessly pursuing their quest to grow and succeed.  
 This is an excellent opportunity to enter the world of customer obsession in the cybersecurity industry. 

Here is an overview of the responsibilities & challenges ahead:  
  • Research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, and develop relationships with important stakeholders via outbound calling, sending strategic email, video, and social campaigns.  
  • Collaborate closely with highly experienced Strategic and Enterprise Sales Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors.  
  • Learn, leverage, and help evolve our sales development methodology and processes. 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quota to ensure pipeline objectives.  
  • Participate in industry events by attending trade shows/association programs.  
  • Track prospective customers via Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to nurture them through our sales development process from prospect to qualified sales opportunities.  
About you:  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation).
  • 2+ years of business to business sales experience within Account Development or Account Executive role (experience with cybersecurity preferred)  
  • Exceptional time management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills that can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.  
  • Able to work independently and remotely with other members of your team.  
  • You will be goal oriented and have a proven track record of overachieving expectations in your previous roles.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, with experience using Salesforce, Outreach or other CRM and Sales Engagement systems preferred.  
  • An appetite to sell to technology decision makers.
