Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in finance, working with cross-functional initiatives.
- Professional qualification in CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a financial reporting/operational accounting role with focus on processes and controls.
- Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP, IFRS and related international accounting standards.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to have a collaborative style, communicate effectively and work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to assist with well-defined tasks within a project, manage time, and follow work plans.

Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with new changes to existing processes.
- Provide financial records and supporting documentation to auditors, and assist with the development of process cycle memorandums and procedural walk-throughs.
- Use data to extract meaningful insights and monitor the performance of different areas of a business.
