PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.Per il dipartimento M&A Tax di Roma siamo alla ricerca di un/a praticante Dottore Commercialista o professionista abilitato/a alla professione di Dottore Commercialista che abbia maturato da 2 a 4 anni di esperienza in materia di corporate taxes.
L'attività svolta sarà la seguente:
- attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie
- strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali
- consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
