Job Description

The Account Executive at SmartBear will focus on driving account management efforts and supporting global expansion. Responsibilities include developing new business relationships, increasing penetration within existing clients, building long-term relationships, consulting with clients, and recommending SmartBear software solutions. The role involves professional development, meeting KPIs, and contributing to the company's future growth. The candidate will be selling testing software solutions to help customers test better and faster and have an entire testing process elevate. The role also involves digital transformation efforts. The Account Executive will be a part of the TestHub sales team.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years inside sales experience
  • Experience meeting KPIs and carrying a quota
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and accountable

Account Executive, TestHub

Join the TestHub sales team, working with any one of our award winning products that include Zephyr Enterprise, TestComplete, BitBar, VisualTest or LoadNinja. Customers will benefit from being able to elevate their entire testing process with solutions from the TestHub that are designed to allow customers to test more, test better, and at a much faster pace.

About the role

As a TestHub Account Executive you will:

  • Develop net new business relationships through inbound leads and individual outreach
  • Increase penetration across divisions within existing clients, and build long-term business relationships in a mix of transactional and enterprise deals
  • Receive ongoing professional development and training to help you elevate performance, grow your career, and establish a foundation for long-term sales success.
  • Consult with clients on enhancing their applications and recommend SmartBear software to best meet their objectives and high priority digital transformation efforts
  • Institutionalize SmartBear’s software solutions as part of customers’ software development processes

We are looking for you if you have: 

  • 1-2 years inside sales experience
  • Experience meeting KPI’s and have carried a quota
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • You are a self-starter and accountable
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
