Job Description

As an Account Manager, Automotive and IoT, Large Customer Sales, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. You'll work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. You'll also be responsible for planning for, and achieving, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital advertising, consultative sales, and the automotive and IoT industries.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or a digital marketing role
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management
  • Proficiency with complex spreadsheets/analysis and putting together presentations
  • Track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Understanding of Google Ads products and platform
  • Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients
  • Excellent business sense, problem-solving, and project management skills
Good to have:
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
