Job Description

The Sales Readiness team within Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) unit creates, delivers, and champions initiatives that directly and significantly impact sales performance and scorecard goals. The function combines the competencies of sales strategy, program delivery, performance management, program management, enablement, and propensity relevance to drive business results. The Analyst of Sales Readiness is responsible for providing the team with the analysis and reporting on KPI impact metrics across sales content, sales plays, sales training, sales tools and other programs intended to grow global sales bookings and revenue at an accelerated pace.

The Analyst, Sales Readiness reports to the Senior Director, Global Sales Activation and will work in close collaboration with partners across various functions including, Regional Go to Market, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Business Intelligence and Product, to program manage strategic programs that drive sales performance and provide detailed reports to ensure program success and optimization. The role will operate globally, supporting each of Visa’s key regions including North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. The individual will play a critical role in helping to create strong connective tissue between regional and global teams through managing the development and delivery of sales programs and scalable best practices, tools and resources.

An ideal candidate is passionate about being an integral part of evolving Visa’s Sales Readiness strategy and is committed to ensuring our global stakeholders have access to impactful reports and receive actionable insights related to the strategic sales programs developed and delivered by Sales Readiness. They will possess a deep passion for using data to tell a story, and a willingness to learn about and lean into Visa’s sales best practices and methodologies.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Proficiency using content management systems and analytic platforms
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and ability to work with large data sets to synthesize key impacts for stakeholders
• Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 88,200.00 to 124,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
