Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising business, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with and serve local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, attribution) and working with Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).
- Experience working in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of E-commerce and online marketing industries.
- Proficiency in SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques.
- Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to see both granular and big-picture issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives through compelling storytelling.

- Develop and pitch quantified, forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with client marketing objectives, utilizing traffic, performance, and budget projections.
- Enhance problem-solving efficiency and vertical growth by collaborating on the creation of scalable tools, templates, and frameworks.
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders from executive leadership to data teams.
- Communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations effectively to influence both client and internal audiences.
