Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile VFX Animator to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for combining your skills in visual effects and animation to bring to life captivating and immersive digital content. You will work on a variety of projects, in enhancing our brand's visual presence by creating captivating and visually stunning video content that showcases our jewelry collections and collaborating closely with directors, producers, and other team members to realize their creative visions.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Effects Creation:

Design and create stunning visual effects elements using industry-standard software and techniques.

Integrate CGI elements seamlessly into live-action footage.

Develop and refine VFX sequences to enhance storytelling and visual impact.

Character and Object Animation:

Bring characters and objects to life through fluid and realistic animation.

Create compelling character performances that convey emotions and enhance storytelling.

Animate objects and elements to enhance the overall visual experience.

Compositing:

Combine multiple layers of imagery, including visual effects and animation, to create cohesive and visually striking sequences.

Ensure that animations seamlessly integrate with VFX elements and live-action footage.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with team leader, visualiser and other team members to understand and execute creative visions.

Provide input and suggestions to improve the overall quality of the project.

Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Nuke, Blender, and other relevant tools.

Stay updated with the latest software and techniques to enhance your skills.

Problem Solving:

Identify creative solutions to achieve specific visual effects and animation goals.

Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the production process.

Attention to Detail:

Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the quality of animations and visual effects.

Continual Learning:

Stay informed about advancements in the fields of VFX and animation to continuously improve your skills and techniques.

Qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing your work in both VFX and animation.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in animation, visual effects, or a related field.

Proficiency in industry-standard VFX and animation software.

Solid understanding of Jewellery, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering (for VFX).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
