Job Description

The Art Director - UI/UX will be responsible for the overall visual design and user experience of digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and mentoring design teams, collaborating with developers and product managers, and creating high-quality designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing user interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, conducting user research, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. The role demands a deep understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating design concepts and collaborating within a team.

Must have:

Proficient in UI/UX design principles
Experience leading design teams
Strong visual design skills
Excellent communication skills
