What Will Your Job Look Like

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Expert UX designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs, designing intuitive user interfaces, and optimizing the overall user experience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation within our engineering team.

Essential Functions/Major Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with industry best practices and usability standards.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate concepts and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Support the development team by providing clear and comprehensive guidance on UX requirements during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical viability of proposed solutions.
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that developed solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UX aspects of the software.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends, industry standards, and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Design system architectures and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including system design documents, user manuals, and test plans.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative technical solutions.

An Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting user research, and designing user interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, usability standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
