We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting in overseeing daily operations, supervising and motivating team members, managing inventory, processing customer orders, handling customer inquiries, operating and maintaining equipment, conducting quality checks, assisting in training new team members, implementing company policies, collaborating with management, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Must have:
