The Associate Client Management Director position works in conjunction with account teams and leadership to fulfill client campaign planning, execution, management, and analysis. This role interfaces with our clients daily and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship.
Work closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative and email/print production teams to appropriately define the client’s opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives. Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount. CRM experience is mandatory, and automotive marketing experience is preferred.
