Job Description

What you’ll do: 

You will be working closely with global teams and major automotive brands to support key business decisions and drive optimization and efficiency at both the project and portfolio level. You will also work closely with client services, strategy, creative, website operations teams and business affairs/production teams to deliver assets and strategic information in a timely matter. Client is Stellantis and this position will support the Global Maserati Brand on the Razorfish International Coordination team. 

 

 

Qualifications

Your impact:/Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide array of operational tasks including (but not limited to) financial reporting, staffing & allocations, training and account support at the project and portfolio level
  • Support the project management team with project plans, note taking, and status documents.
  • Able to work with people in the company on all levels and in various geographical areas
  • Ensure that documentation uses standard / approved formats, follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed / approved prior to delivery to the client
  • Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetings
  • Able to manage the[SF1]  prioritization of client requests to Creative and Website teams.
  • Are flexible with evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
  • Track status of Regional requests and campaigns
  • Asset management - keep track of files and assets from coordination requests or different regional campaigns
  • Understand global usage rights such as stock assets, music, on-screen talent, voiceover talent
  • Creating Overviews that provide the description/concept and usage rights for creative; could be anything ranging from a video for broadcast to social media initiatives
  • Developing timelines using various project management tools
  • Creating agendas, attending global calls, taking and issuing meeting notes (by brand)
  • Look for efficiencies in the way the team works and how assets are shared/coordinated between all Regions
  •  

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes: 

  • 0-2 years of project management at an agency
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in identifying/resolving issues
  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Open to change and building efficiencies for the team and business
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to understand and communicate very well in English
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • International experience is a plus
